Drop-ins are available: $10 per class

Movement and the Natural World

Join us in exploring movement concepts through the lens of nature. We will take inspiration from the natural world as we learn and practice the principles of space, time, and energy. As we improve our physical capacities (including agility, strength, flexibility, and balance), we will also explore abstraction in movement. Together, we will compose short movement studies inspired by designs and motions found in nature. Our class will culminate in an informal showing of our work to share with family, friends, and community members.

Dates: February 1 - March 29 (no class March 8)

Times: Tuesdays 10:00-11:30am

Ages: 55+

Fee: Free but must register in advance. Not eligible for drop-ins.

This class is grant funded through the Ohio Arts Council.


This class will introduce beginners to the basics of Shotokan karate and deepen the practice of intermediate and advanced students. Emphasizes building focus, strength, and self-defense skills.

Dates: February 1 - April 7

Times: Tuesdays & Thursdays 6:30pm-7:30pm

Ages: 12+

Fee: Members—$45; Non-member—$60


This class is perfect for blasting calories with short bursts of cardio followed by strength moves using body weight exercises mixed with targeted weight training. A great class for people of all fitness levels and abilities. Every week, we change it up to keep you and your muscles pushing through boundaries and reaching new heights. We promise there’s something for everyone in every class!

Hatha Yoga

This class seeks to balance the practioner’s mind and body through deepening body awareness in yoga 

poses. Ideal for people with previous experience in basic poses. 

Dates: February 2 - April 6

Times: Wednesdays 8:30am-10:00am

Ages: 16+

Fee: Member-$65; Non-member-$80

Yoga 50+

For mid-life and older beginners, this class offers an ideal low impact, invigorating way to keep the body supple, and the mind relaxed and focused.

Dates: January 7 to March 11

Times: Fridays 10:15am-11:15am

Ages: 50+

Fee: Member-$60, Nonmember-$75

Slow Flow Yoga with Holly

Explore the details of breath and alignment as you hold poses in this slower paced flow class. Be ready for a variety of stretching, strengthening and restorative poses

Dates: January 3 to March 7

Times: Mondays 5:30pm-6:30pm

Ages: 16+

SWERK is the newest and hottest dance fitness craze available. Upbeat routines are paired with the hottest pop and hip hop songs to make you sweat, work, and twerk your way to weight loss and toned bodies! We will have you movin and grooving with our booty poppin, glute-focused dance moves that’ll have you shredding calories with a smile on your face. Perfect for all levels of fitness, no prior dance experience needed.
