The project will replace the existing sanitary sewerline between North Congress Street and Mound Street, the length of the project extends from near 93 N. Congress to Ring Street. The project includes replacement of the existing sanitary sewerline, replacement of the first several feet of existing sanitary laterals (the individual line to the home), new manhole installation, and select repairs of the existing storm sewer tunnel in the vicinity of the sanitary line.
York Paving will continue sewerline installation work next week in the area behind 119 North Congress Street and 133 North Congress. They will also be patching N. Congress Street with asphalt and will begin concrete repairs in the concrete parking lot between 93 N. Congress Street and 105 N. Congress Street.
