The project will replace the existing sanitary sewerline between North Congress Street and Mound Street, the length of the project extends from near 93 N. Congress to Ring Street. The project includes replacement of the existing sanitary sewerline, replacement of the first several feet of existing sanitary laterals (the individual line to the home), new manhole installation, and select repairs of the existing storm sewer tunnel in the vicinity of the sanitary line.
York Paving will continue sewerline installation the week of July 3 in the area between Pine Place and 7 Ring Street. Pine Place is expected to be closed to through-traffic between Ring Street and 8 Pine Place for the installation of a manhole. The work is expected to occur Wednesday, July 5 through Friday, July 7.
