Richland Avenue will be closed near West Green Drive to all non-emergency vehicle traffic on Thursday, April 30, 2020. The closure is required to allow the Contractor to complete a storm line installation across Richland Avenue, and the work is expected to be completed between 7:30 AM and 5:00 PM.
West Green Drive will remain open from South Shafer Street, but will not be accessible from Richland Avenue.
