Fall Youth Soccer Registration deadline is August 31st.
Fitness Center in the ACC will be hosting a “Cardio Challenge” for members to participate in. The
Challenge begins on September 4th and runs through
November 20th. Each participant will choose three out of four events to log (Treadmill, Elliptical, Exercise Bike, and Fitness Class). The Challenge is to achieve each goal for each event on or before November
20th. Those goals are 60 miles on the treadmill, 60 miles on the exercise bike, 30 miles on the elliptical, or 20 hours of fitness classes. Individuals who complete the Cardio Challenge in its entirety will be placed in a drawing for a grand prize. Members can sign up for the challenge at the fitness desk in the fitness center.
