Take advantage of this youth basketball program to meet new peers, learn team play basics, and participate in a 3v3 style game setup.

2021 Summer Camp Registration

March 15, 2021 - June 7, 2021 @ Athens Community Center

For ages 6-14. Because of the long camp day, campers must have completed Kindergarten or received permissions from Erin Helms - ehelms@ci.athens.oh.us. A $10 per week sibling discount is available. Enrollment fee will be due one week prior to start of selected camp week. A covid safety plan will be in place during the whole summer. Camp hours are 9am-3:30pm. Before and After Care is available at an additional $32 per week and will allow for drop off between 7:30-8:30am and pick up between 3:30-5:30pm. Registration is currently only available in person at the Athens Community Center.

For the Love of Athens Photo Contest Gallery Exhibit Encore at the Athens Community Center

For the Love of Athens is a photo contest and exhibition celebrating the people and places of Athens County. The gallery display will be traveling from Arts West to the Athens Community Center and will be open to the public starting Tuesday, March 30th and will be on display through May 29th.

Crafternoon! for Kids (Grades K-3) - Japanese Carp Wind Socks

April 5, 2021, 4:00 PM - 5:30 PM @ Arts and Crafts Room

To celebrate the coming of spring, we will be making wind socks! The tissue paper wind socks will be decorated with permanent and washable markers. A spritz of water will be used to give the fish a wet appearance. Finally, students will adorn their fish's hanging cord with beads.

Slow Flow Yoga with Holly
