Thompson Excavation, the trail Contractor for the Columbus Road Bikepath Spur Project, is expected to continue earthwork activities on the Armitage side of the project throughout this week and next week.
This significant improvement project has been in planning and design since 2012 and is funded through the City of Athens, the Ohio Department of Transportation's Transportation Alternatives Program, and the Ohio Department of Natural Resources Clean Ohio Trails Fund.
