The City of Athens will be closing Cable Lane (hill) between Strouds Run Rd. and North May Ave. Wednesday, July 6, 2016. The closure will be 8 A. M. until complete for a water line repair. There will be no through or emergency traffic. Motorists are asked to avoid the area.
