The City of Athens will be closing West State Street to Eastbound traffic from Shafer Street to Miller Street on Tuesday, September 20, 2016 from 8:30 A. M. – 3 P. M. for asphalt milling and paving. There will be no emergency vehicle access. Motorists are asked to avoid the area.
