Stoltzfus Family Construction LLC has been delayed due to inclement weather and plans on beginning the installation of sidewalk sections on Franklin Street between Carpenter Street and Fort Street on Monday, November 5.
During construction there will be no daytime parking on Franklin Street within the immediate construction area.
