The City of Athens is announcing East State Street Eastbound will be merged to one lane of traffic for sewer maintenance repairs in the vicinity of Cook Drive. The work will begin Friday, 3 March, 2017 from 8 A. M. – 4 P. M. Motorists are asked to avoid the area.
