The City of Athens will be closing Highland Avenue between Roosevelt Drive and 254 Highland Avenue on Monday, 15 May, 2017 from 8 A. M. – until complete for an insta-valve installation. There will be no thru or emergency traffic. Motorists are asked to avoid the area.
