The manhole installation scheduled for today in North Congress Street has been delayed due to weather, and is now scheduled for Thursday, May 25, 2017. During the manhole installation, North Congress Street will be closed between Carpenter Street and Fort Street from 8 A. M. – until the work is completed. Vehicles will be detoured via Fort Street.
