The City of Athens is extending loose leaf pickup through December 14, 2012. Residents should rake them to the curb and call Engineering and Public Works at 740-593-7636 to provide their location. After December 14 residents can bag the leaves and place a pre-purchased yard waste sticker on them. Bagged yard waste is picked up on Tuesday’s and Friday’s.
