The City has secured DV Weber Construction, Inc. to complete the 2017 Waterline Improvements Project. The project consists of replacing main waterlines, water services, updating water meters, and installing new fire hydrants on Avon Place (East State Street to the Sells Park Parking Lot), and Dalton Avenue (from Grand Park Boulevard to Eden Place).
The Contractor plans to begin waterline installation Wednesday, September 27, 2017. Avon Place will be closed to through-traffic at the East State Street intersection, starting September 27, for approximately 2 weeks.
During construction, on-site parking may also be restricted.
