East Union Street Lane Closures
The City of Athens will be completing repairs to East Union Street between South College Street and University Terrace beginning Tuesday, February 13. The repairs are expected to be completed on Friday, February 16.
During the repair period, the eastbound lane of East Union Street will be closed to all traffic. The westbound lane will be closed to traffic between 8 am and 3 pm, daily, until the repairs are complete. The westbound lane will open to local traffic after 3 pm. Thru-traffic and emergency responders should avoid the area.
