Freedom Construction, the Contractor for the East State Street Project, is scheduled to install flexible delineators and "Stop Here on Red" signs where pavement markings have deteriorated on East State Street between Strathmore Boulevard and Home Street.
The work is expected to be completed on Friday, March 15, and begin at 8:30 am. Traffic will be directed by flaggers adjacent to the Contractor's work zone.
