The East State Street paving work has been delayed and is scheduled to begin the week of June 3, 2019. The work will be completed between Home Street and Strathmore Boulevard.
Two-way traffic and accesses to all intersections will be maintained; however, temporary lane closures will be in place, and flagging will be utilized to assist traffic control at intersections.
