[ARCHIVED] Introducing Meditation Time at the Athens Community Center

Meditation Time

This is a self-guided meditation time, no instruction will be provided. ACC staff will have yoga inspired music playing softly during the hour and when the hour is up, staff will open the studio door quietly as a sign that the meditation hour is over. Limited to 10 people each hour and you will need to be reserved in advance. You can sign up in person or over the phone at the Athens Community Center 740-592-3325. Each person will need to bring their own mats and equipment. Use is free for members and those whom have purchased a day pass entry to the facility. Each person will have an 8ftx8ft area to use that is spaced appropriately from others. 

Times are as follows: 

Mondays 6p-7p

Tuesdays 9a-10a

Wednesdays 6p-7p

Thursdays 9a-10a

Fridays 2p-3p

Saturdays 11a-12p
