West state parking closure honey for the heart

Beginning today at 2pm portions of parking at West State Park will be closed in anticipation for the Honey for the Heart Parade in Place tomorrow, 10/31 from 1-3pm. See the map below for parking closures. Parking will still be available in the upper end and dog park area.
