The City of Athens has secured D.V. Weber to complete the 2013 Safe Routes to School Sidewalk Project. The project includes installation of a sidewalk on S. Lancaster Street by the Middle School, installation of a sidewalk section on Watt Street (between Ohio and Maplewood), and installation of a sidewalk on Second Street (between Central Avenue and Currier Street).
D.V. Weber will continue work next week, 8/12-16, on the S. Lancaster Street sidewalk.
During construction, there may be times when sections of the roadway will be flagged for traffic.
