Columbus Rd. /N. Lancaster St. Infrastructure Improvements Project
The Contractor expects to continue concrete-related work throughout the week, with removal of select curb and sidewalk areas continuing through the week and re-installation of curb and sidewalk expected to begin Thursday, November 7. North Lancaster Street may be reduced to one-lane adjacent to the work zone and two-way traffic will be maintained by flagging. Pedestrians should use caution and avoid the area if possible, as many areas of sidewalk are under construction.
Paving North Lancaster Street is expected to occur the week of November 18, after all pavement-disturbing activities are completed. Landscaping in the medians is also expected to occur in November. Clean-up activities on Columbus Road and North Lancaster Street will be continued through the month, primarily after paving is completed.
