The City of Athens has secured York Paving Company to complete the Gibson Road slip repairs.
Repairs are to begin on Monday, 17 March, 2014 at 8 A. M. and are expected to be complete in one and half weeks.
During this period, Gibson Road will be closed to vehicle traffic from State Route 56 to Elliotsville Road. Access will be permitted for emergency vehicles only to access 8633 Gibson Road. Motorists are asked to avoid the area.
