Frontier Communications plans to begin working this week on utility relocation efforts on Richland Avenue, between Canterbury Drive and Carriage Hill Drive. The work is expected to begin Tuesday, April 8th.
The western sidewalk will be closed in the work zone area, pedestrians will need to use the eastern sidewalk until they have cleared the construction zone.
Richland Avenue will remain open to two-way vehicular traffic, but the lane adjacent to the work zone will be closed and southbound traffic will be channeled to use the center lane as a drive-lane.
