York Paving will be raising manholes on West Union Street on Tuesday, October 28. This work will necessitate the westbound lane of West Union Street to be closed between S. Congress Street and S. High Street between approximately 7 am to 5 pm while the work is being completed.
The Contractor will also be completing work to install a small traffic island on Depot Street at the intersection with West Union. The work is scheduled for Wednesday and Thursday, October 29 and 30. During the work, Depot Street will be closed at the West Union intersection and vehicular traffic will be directed to use Station Street.
The signal work at West Union Street and S. Shafer Street will be continuing throughout the week of October 27 and the week of November 3. There may be times when traffic will be flagged through the intersection.
