Shelly and Sands plans on continuing base course paving on Friday, June 26. During paving operations, traffic on Richland Avenue will be maintained via flaggers. The Milton Avenue/Richland Avenue intersection will be closed until paving through the Milton intersection is complete; the businesses near this intersection will remain open according to their normally scheduled hours.
Base course paving is weather dependent and may be delayed if the weather is not suitable.
